The following settings can be selected here:

HTML Editor: Set the location of your preferred external HTML editor.

Image Editor: Set the location of your preferred external image editor.

Default Video file extensions: Include the file extensions of any video file you want to embed in your Ebook.

Extensions for compressible files: Files with .htm. txt .bmp .css .lan .html .pub .hmpub and .doc extensions will always be compressed, therefore, do not add such file extensions to this list.
Video and image files are not compressed by HyperMaker (only BMP images are compressed) because they are already compressed. All other files will not be compressed unless its extensions are included in this list.

Language Set the program interface and help in either English or Spanish language. The setting specified here will not affect the Language selected for your Ebook.

Show Tips at Startup The Tip of the Day dialog box is normally displayed when you start HyperMaker. You can change this option so tips are always displayed, or never displayed by selecting or not this checkbox.

Save a backup copy before overwriting a previous compilation: The filename of backup copies have the BackUp_ prefix. If a previous backup with the same name exist, it will be overwritten. For example, the backup copy for myPublication.htz5 will be saved under BackUp_myPublication.htz5 filename.
