New licensing model

HTMLPrint 6.0 has two different licenses, Single User and OEM Redistributable (the Site License doesn't exists anymore).

• A single user license may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
  A Single User license also may be used when a single copy of HTMLPrint acts as a network server to handle printing requests from users connected to a local network.

• An OEM license allows redistributing HTMLPrint as an auxiliary program, along with your own program, but HTMLPrint must not be redistributed alone, neither it can be redistributed to be used with other programs than your own applications.
  The only files that can be redistributed are htmlprint.exe, and optionally HTMLPrint Manager, but not the installation package.

The licensing model for versions of HTMLPrint previous to the version 4.0 (including beta versions and pre-releases of the version 4) will not change.

Upgrading

• Upgrading for customers who purchased HTMLPrint 5.x after July 1 2007.
  Upgrades are free, but not automatic. That means that you have to email us asking for your upgrade, but it will be provided free of any charge.
• Upgrading for HTMLPrint 4.x or 5.x customers to the version 6.0
  A 50%, or 30% (for OEM customers) upgrade fee may be required, unless you have a different agreement with us.
• Upgrading for HTMLPrint 3.x customers who purchased an OEM license.
  Select a licensing model from the table below and subtract 50% of what you paid for the version 3.x from the new price, that will be the upgrade cost.

Because there are many different price variations, we couldn't prepare a standardized payment system to handle upgrades to the version 5.x.
