Bersoft Image Measurements can find objects in images using three different methods:
method to find isolated regions of a particular color in a single image.
The Conversion Factor for the current image will be applied to the measurements.
It requires selecting all objects in an image with the Automatic Area Measurement Tool before opening the Find Objects by color window.
automatically objects in one image or a series of images.
The Conversion Factor for the current image, or the Global Conversion Factor if no image is opened, will be applied to the measurements.
automatically spray droplets in one or several images.
The Conversion Factor (CV) for the current image, or the Global CV if no image is opened, will be applied to the measurements. Please set the CV to cm. Droplets will be measured in micrometers.
The 2nd and 3rd method are similar. Both them can use the
current image, but also can work on a series or images. The 2nd method
is intended for finding any kind of objects in images, but the 3rd one
is optimized for finding spray droplets. They can either find objects
in the active image or load an image or a series of images to find and
count the number of objects in them. Learn more

To start finding objects, click the button on the main toolbar, or the View->Find Objects menu. It will open a dialog to select which method will be used to find objects.
